Head Of Sales

Kamupak is a Finnish greentech startup building the future of circular economy solutions.


Currently, Kamupak’s reusable products are used by over 70 restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets selling takeaway food around Finland. In the near future, we are also excitedly looking to expand into new countries.


We are now looking for a goal-oriented sales professional who is ready to take a big responsibility and lead our B2B sales to the next level nationally and internationally when expanding to new markets.


We’re looking for a person who can handle both, strategic and operational sales. Your primary responsibility will be to grow Kamupak’s restaurant network and implement sales strategy as well as sales activities locally and regionally. When the company grows, you will be able to hire your own sales team to secure expansion to new markets.

Here’s what we are expecting the role to look like:

  • Develop a feasible sales roadmap to meet Kamupak’s growth targets

  • Take the lead on all day-to-day sales activities implementation, including prospecting and sales meetings

  • Be in charge of opening and maintaining strategic partnerships (key accounts)

  • Develop the sales process including the CRM process to secure lean and sustainable growth

  • Visit clients and potential clients to promote products and services

  • Collaborate closely with marketing for lead generation

  • Play a key role in planning and implementing sales and growth activities when the company is entering new markets


The skillset we’re looking for:

  • We expect you to be a target-driven sales professional, who has 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B

  • You have experience with CRM platforms

  • You have a proven track record of growing sales numbers

  • You have experience in building long relationships with customers

  • You are a self-starter and doer who gets motivated by bringing in result

  • You are a team player with the ability to inspire and lead others

  • You get excited about the circular economy and sustainability

  • Fluency in English and Finnish is required


It is a big plus if you have the following skills/experience:

  • Swedish language skills

  • Restaurant industry experience

  • Experience working in a startup or a scale-up company
